Charles Stovall was pastoring in Fort Wayne, Indiana, when he and his wife, Charlotte, were appointed as United Pentecostal Church missionaries to West Germany in May 1986. He serves as the field director for Germany and Austria and also directs the external training program of Texas Bible College in Germany. The United Pentecostal Church of Germany and Austria has 12 churches and preaching points, ten licensed national ministers, and approximately 500 constituents. The Stovalls originally pastored in Wiesbaden, Germany. Later they pastored the churches in Augsburg, Germany, and Vienna, Austria. They are currently living in Austria until the Robinettes complete their deputation and assume their responsibilities in Vienna.
