In 1994, the Dibbles were pastoring a new church plant in Missouri, USA, when they took their two little girls on the family’s first life-changing trip to the Philippines to preach youth camps. Six years later in 2000, the Dibbles’ year of AIM service began as Bible school instructors in Manila. They were fully appointed to the Philippines in 2001 where Brother Dibble served as president of two Bible schools and as a UPCP Executive Board member until a change of field in 2008.

As empty-nesters, the Dibbles’ appointment took them to the North Pacific subregion of Micronesia which consists of the four beautiful island nations of Palau, the Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the U.S. territory of Guam.

In 2010, “Pacific Region Evangelism” was added to their appointment. They travel extensively among this vast subregion of islands and atolls in Micronesia (“small islands”) where Brother Dibble has served as the UPC Micronesia Field Superintendent missionary profilesince 2017. The UPCM’s vision aligns with the UPCI’s Strategic Growth Initiative (SGI): train and license new ministers of the Gospel, establish new works and preaching points in the five island nations/territories in the Pacific subregion of Micronesia, create a culture of growth in every local church, and help strengthen the island brothers and sisters in accomplishing these goals. In 2023, the Dibbles launched Micronesia Bible Institute (MBI), the only GATS Bible school of its kind as all three MBI campuses conduct strictly virtual classes. Brother Dibble has also served as the Pacific Region’s, Regional Missions Secretary for several years. During their sixth deputation in 2025, the Dibbles will celebrate their 25th year of service thanks to the generous sacrificial giving of the North American United Pentecostal Church family.
