The Coopers arrived as AIMers in Mairinque, São Paulo, Brazil in 2012. They opened a Bible school the following year. They have trained more than ten local pastors that have been dispatched all over Brazil. They have also built and established their first orphanage. Additionally, the local government uses them for the purpose of helping endangered women and families. The Coopers hold children’s crusades throughout Brazil and have seen more than 6,000 receive the Holy Ghost.
They pastor a church in São Paulo and have built three churches and opened two daughter works. Upon returning to the field, they plan to begin new works in the twenty-six surrounding cities, build a house for training AIMers and Brazilian nationals, and expand the orphanage by building a private school on the property. The Coopers were upgraded to Career Missionary in May of 2024.
