Nate and Ingunn Turner pastor in the capital city of Tallinn. During their past term they moved into a rented church building in Tallinn and launched a new preaching point in Estonia’s second largest city of Tartu. They currently make regular trips to minister in Tartu as well as Narva, a Russian-speaking city on Estonia’s eastern border. Nate grew up as a missionary kid in South Korea and Russia, and Ingunn is from Norway. Their two sons Christopher and Michael were born in Norway in 2006 and 2008 and are involved in the church each week.
Upon returning to the field, the Turners will continue building up the work in Tallinn, Tartu and Narva, while developing training and literature in the Estonian language and taking steps to expand evangelism into other parts of the nation. In 2023 Nate was appointed as Area Coordinator for Russia and Belarus, and the Turners will help serve and represent the work in these nations.
